ANNOVA strengthens its international sales team

TREVOR SPIELMANN NAMED SALES MANAGER

ANNOVA Systems, developer of the leading newsroom solution, OpenMedia, has strengthened its Sales Team. Effective from March 1st, 2010, Trevor Spielmann has started work in his role as new international Sales Manager at the company’s headquarters in Munich.

Sales professional Trevor Spielmann, a graduate engineer of Media Technology (University of Cologne), can draw on in-depth experience in his field to add strength to ANNOVA’s sales team. Before joining the company, he worked as Sales Manager Europe with KLOTZ Digital AG (Feldkirchen, Munich), a leading manufacturer of On-Air Mixing-Consoles and Audio-Networking solutions for Broadcast, Radio and TV stations. Among his main tasks were the support of existing key customers and partners as well as the strategic extension of sales channels in the EMEA region.

His previous experience includes working for DVC (Digital Video Computing GmbH, Herrsching). As Sales Manager, Spielmann was responsible for DVC’s sales activities of High-Definition disk-recording systems, IPTV and streaming video solutions to customers in the broadcast, postproduction, presentation and R&D business.

In addition, his previous experience includes working for Warner Music Manufacturing Europe GmbH, where he was responsible for the acquisition, budgeting and leading of DVD feature film projects for NewLine Cinema and Warner Home Video.
